Had the pleasure of having a tour with Sonya such great welcoming vibes and also great customer service skills. Made sure if we had any questions she would answer them very thoroughly. If you plan to get a tour of the location be sure to ask for her!

I was so pleased by Sonya’s services. She answered all the questions I had and took the time to leave us very satisfied with our decision. Looking forward to hopefully move in. Excellent service felt very valued.

My experience living here for four years was great! Kathy and Stacy are knowledgeable and professional. When I called about an issue/ maintenance it was addressed immediately. Anthony is knowledgable and takes care of it! He deserves a raise!! The grounds are kept nicely and there are plenty of laundry rooms but it would be better to have the washer/dryer inside the apartments. The laundry rooms are kept clean. I would definetly recommend the Arches to all my friends and family. Right off the freeway and grocery stores and shopping centers nearby.
