Great experience!
My experience living here for four years was great! Kathy and Stacy are knowledgeable and professional. When I called about ... an issue/ maintenance it was addressed immediately. Anthony is knowledgable and takes care of it! He deserves a raise!! The grounds are kept nicely and there are plenty of laundry rooms but it would be better to have the washer/dryer inside the apartments. The laundry rooms are kept clean. I would definetly recommend the Arches to all my friends and family. Right off the freeway and grocery stores and shopping centers nearby. This complex in the nicest one in the Antelope Valley. From the gorgeous ground, to the ever helpful office staff, and the maintenance efficiency, it is a place I hope to stay for a long time. It is quiet and well maintained. When I have had any problems, the office quickly ensured the matter was resolved to my satisfaction.

Great place to live!!!! The staff is excellent and very accommodating!!! Living here since 2010 and would not consider any other apartment complex. Highly recommend!!!
